TREM DEVOTIONAL FOR 2nd April 2023
The believer is called to reign in life by Jesus Christ. However, if you must reign, there are things you must clean out from your mental system. There are some belief systems you must eradicate completely, otherwise, you will be a Christian and yet defeated. You will be a Christian and yet walking in bondage. You will be a Christian and you will not be able to actualize what God has ordained for you.
If you desire to take your place and reign, you must learn to deploy the Word of God. You see, what is written is true! What is written is authentic! You can depend on it. But until you open your mouth and declare it as so, you cannot really know the real power in it. That is why the bible is given to you so that you can declare what is there. You must declare them with your mouth. You must say it! That is what the devil is afraid of.
God is the Word. In the beginning, God created heaven and earth with the word. Though the Spirit of God was moving upon the face of the deep, nothing happened until God opened his mouth and the power in His Word was released. Each time, you declare the Word, you are functioning from a superior platform. That is how to reign.
You see, the new creation is a mystery in the heart of God. God waited until a particular season for this mystery to be revealed. You are not ordinary. You can wear the same dress and eat the same food as others, but you must understand that you are not ordinary. Stop looking at yourself from a natural standpoint. You are a spirit; you have a soul and you live inside a body. You are a supernatural being and your weapons of warfare are Spiritual, and it is The Word of God.
