The Topic of Trem Devotional for 17th April 2023 “It Is Coming Back”

Memorise: “And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:” Daniel 4:34 (KJV)

TREM DEVOTIONAL FOR 17TH APRIL 2023

Nebuchadnezzar looked up and his sanity returned. He has never looked up to heaven before. He had always thought of his performance, his power, his expertise, and his connections. When you look to yourself to achieve in life, you are not a sane person. When you look at your money, your expertise, and your academic excellence, you will lose your sanity.

As Nebuchadnezzar looked up to the Most High God and worshipped Him, there was total restoration. What was lost came back to him. “At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my Lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me.” (Daniel 4:36 KJV)

If you read that account too fast, you will not understand the miracle of restoration that took place. This man was insane for 7 years.  And you know what happens when someone becomes insane. Insane fellows are locked up. Everyone runs from them.  Such was the case of king Nebuchadnezzar. All his lieutenants left him. His wife left him. His children left him.

All those who used to honour him left him. His soldiers left him. But God kept his position until the time of restoration. The soldiers did consider mutiny. None of the people who left started another Kingdom. When his sanity returned, all of them returned. Not one was lost. And excellent majesty was added to him. He didn’t have it before, it was an addition.

Whatsoever you think you have lost is coming back. If God did it for king Nebuchadnezzar, much more shall He do for you because of Christ. It is coming back.  Just sit down and see God flex His muscles on your behalf. You will see things that you have never seen before. The rain of God’s blessing is coming. Signs, wonders, and miracles will become commonplace in your life. It shall come to pass.
