TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
GOODNEWS DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR TODAY 2ND DECEMBER 2020
Our scripture for today says that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. In other words, faith gives evidence to or makes concrete or tangible what the physical senses can’t perceive. God is a Spirit (John 4:24), and He operates from the spirit realm.
To Him, things in that realm are more real than the things we perceive with our senses. When you possess faith, you are carrying the proof or title deed that gives you legitimate right over anything you want in this life. That means with faith, you don’t have to worry about what things look like on the outside.
You have an assurance of an expected end on the inside. You no longer consider the circumstances, and just like old Abraham, you stagger not at the promise of God. Hallelujah!
We have a currency of faith. That’s why the Bible says without faith it is impossible to please God. Have faith in the Word of God, and when you hear it, believe it and act upon what you believe, and you will surely come back with a testimony
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I rule, reign, and dominate my world today by the faith of God in my spirit! My faith is alive and producing results because the Word of God is in my heart and in my mouth. Hallelujah!
