Today’s Scripture Reference: Matthew 9:16, NLT
“Besides, who would patch old clothing with new cloth? For the new patch would shrink and rip away from the old cloth, leaving an even bigger tear than before”.
For best results, when living under the covenant of grace, we must completely abandon attempts to hang on to any aspect of the old and fully embrace the new. Mixing the two covenants will produce no results.
