Today’s Scripture Reference: Ephesians 5:1, 2, 8
“Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; and walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light”.
Walking often involves following, which can be an unpopular concept in the world. However, there’s no better person to follow than Jesus Christ, who did His share of walking during His earthly ministry. Following in His footsteps fills us with light and makes us stand out in a dark world.
