Today’s Scripture Reference: Matthew 5:9
“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God”.
By earthly standards, it’s always nice to be the son or daughter of someone with influence and power, but that only happens with a few select individuals. By comparison, our faith in Jesus Christ makes us children of the most powerful and influential of all kings; this family relationship extends to all who believe.
