When you’re in tough times, the enemy will work overtime trying to convince you that the problem is too big.
In Psalm 139, David says, “God, You have made me in an amazing way. What You have done is wonderful.” Other versions use the word marvelous. Imagine going through the day with those words playing in your mind: I’m amazing. I’m marvelous. I’m wonderful. Most of us are not bold enough to think that highly about ourselves.
We don’t have any problem thinking about our faults, what we did wrong, and how we don’t measure up. But when this new recording comes, the enemy will work overtime to try to keep you from playing it. He doesn’t want you to feel good about yourself. It’s going to take boldness to believe that you’re amazing, you’re marvelous, and you’re wonderfully made. I’m not saying to do it arrogantly, but if you’re going to become who you were created to be, you’re going to have to get in agreement with God.
