2021 TEENS VOLUME RHAPSODY OF REALITIES MESSAGE.

Chad was going out on a road trip with his dad when they saw a policeman giving a much heftier man strict instructions, with which the man complied. Chad was curious and asked his dad, “Why Is that policeman not afraid of the huge man? What if the man tries to hurt the policeman?” Chad’s dad looked back and answered, “The policeman is confident and strong in the government’s authority backing him; there’s no need to exert his physical power.”

This is what the Spirit means in 2 Timothy 2:1, when He, through Apostle Paul, said to Timothy, “You, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.” Being strong in the Lord doesn’t mean being strong in your physical might or muscles; no! It means to be strong in the grace that’s in Christ Jesus; understand what that grace has brought to you and take advantage of it.

It’s something you have to do for yourself. For example, the grace of Jesus Christ has brought us divine health in the Gospel; take advantage of that grace and stay in divine health. His grace brought us prosperity as well; therefore, refuse to be poor: “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9).

His grace has ushered us into a life of righteousness: “For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:17). Grace reigns by righteousness. Therefore, take advantage of His grace and keep reigning in life.

Understand what it means to be endowed with God’s grace; it means God has given Himself to you, thereby giving you all that He has. By grace, you received His life and nature of righteousness, with dominion to rule over the devil, sickness, disease, the world, and its systems. Glory to God! Refuse to be swayed by the adversities of life; take advantage of the grace of God in Christ Jesus. Live the Word; that’s what it’s all about. You can’t take advantage of His grace until you know what His grace has done for you, given to you, and made you!
