2021 TEENS VOLUME RHAPSODY OF REALITIES MESSAGE.
Nickolas had just recently become a Christian, but instead of enjoying his new life in Christ, he was miserable because he occasionally found himself telling lies or doing some other wrong thing. Bothered by this, he said to Dean, his friend, “I don’t think I’m really saved. I still think bad thoughts and tell lies. Maybe what I need is some deliverance?”
“Not at all, Nick!” Dean countered rather quickly. “Truth is, you were saved and delivered the night you gave your life to Christ. Satan just wants you to think you need another “deliverance.” Don’t fall for his tricks! Just speak the Word whenever the thought to lie comes to you. Say, “In the Name of Jesus, I speak the right things, and my mouth is filled with truth.” And that would be it!”
ANDREW WOMMACK DEVOTIONAL 14TH APRIL 2021 – KING OF HEARTS
Like Nickolas, you may have been struggling with a sinful habit, but you can simply walk out of the deception of the devil anytime you choose (2 Timothy 2:25-26). You don’t need to be “delivered”; Colossians 1:13 shows that you were delivered already! You can also walk out of sickness, disease, and fear without having to cry for help from God. Just act on the Word.
BILLY GRAHAM DEVOTIONAL FOR 14TH APRIL 2021 – THE RETURN OF THE LORD
Say “Yes” to your new identity in Christ Jesus and call yourself what God calls you. If you’ve been living in fear, say to yourself, “In the Name of Jesus Christ, I reject fear; for the Lord has not given me the spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind!”
