Scripture: What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. 1 Corinthians 14:15.
Thought for The Day:When you pray in the Spirit, you saturate your spirit with information and understanding.
The Scripture makes it clear that praying in the Spirit irrigates the spirit of man with information and understanding.When you pray in the Spirit, you saturate your spirit with information and understanding. The more you pray in the Spirit, the more lighted you become.
Oral Roberts said it was by praying in tongues and praying in understanding that he realized he was to build the Oral Roberts University.
As you continue to pray in the Spirit, a time will come when you begin to have depths of understanding. I began to operate in the prophetic realm many years ago after praying in the Spirit. In the closet, I prayed in the Spirit for a long time to a point where I began to speak in English, the things I didn’t mediate on. Words were coming to me spontaneously as if I was speaking in tongues.
So, you can pray in the Spirit and also pray in understanding. Praying abundantly in the Spirit is key to Divine Direction.Beloved, receive the grace to pray abundantly in the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name.
