The Topic of Seeds of Destiny Devotional for Today 10th May 2022 Is “THE MANIFESTATION OF THE ALMIGHTINESS OF GOD”
SCRIPTURE: He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: God releases His might and His power to defend what He said.
Without a doubt, our God is a mighty God. He is the Almighty; all might in the world is in His Hand. He is the Custodian of might and power. And we have been experiencing the manifestation of the Almightiness of God in diverse dimensions in our services.
Now, what makes God release His might? It is generally to demonstrate His character. And when does He demonstrate His character with His might?
1. God demonstrates His justice by the release of His might and Power. He does that when there is a situation of oppression or wickedness. That was what He did to Pharaoh in Egypt as he (Pharaoh) oppressed His people (Exodus 14:1-31).
2. God demonstrates His love by the release of His Might and Power (Matthew 14:14). He demonstrates His love to relieve people of their pains and afflictions.
3. God defends His covenant by the release of His Might and Power. God shows His might and His power when people in covenant relationship with Him are threatened (Genesis 20:3).
4. God defends His purpose by the release of His might and power.
If He says this is what I will do, and anyone stands in the way of it, He releases His might and power to clear them out of the way. He did that in Egypt (Genesis 14:1-31), and He is doing it right now in your life. Anyone trying to hinder God’s purpose in your life shall experience the judgment of God in Jesus Name.
Remember this: God releases His might and His power to defend what He said.

2. Make demands on God for the release of His might and power in your life.
PRAYER: Lord, I acknowledge that You are the Almighty. I ask that You release Your might and power, and uproot everything standing in the way of Your Plan and Purpose for my life and destiny, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
