The Topic of Seeds of Destiny Devotional for Today 13th June 2022 Is “Excellence – A Key To Prosperity”
SCRIPTURE: Daniel 6:3
Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.
THOUGHT FOR DAY: Excellence is key to authority; excellence is key to eminence.
Existing and operating in excellence has been identified as a wisdom key to supernatural abundance and eminence. Quality brings prosperity.
For instance, Joseph interpreted Pharaoh’s dreams and found himself in prosperity, eminence and authority (Genesis 41:41-46).
David was the best instrumentalist in Israel that could play to cast out demons from King Saul. That brought David before Saul, and he became Saul’s armour bearer (1 Samuel 16:18-21).
Thus, excellence took Joseph to wealth. Excellence took David to the Palace. The same excellence took Daniel to King Nebuchadnezzar who gave him wealth and resources. Daniel was placed in charge of others because of excellence (Daniel 6:3). Excellence is key to authority; excellence is key to eminence.
Mediocrity is the mother of poverty. Doing things anyhow leads to want and scarcity. Average operation equals average existence. If you want your life to be above average, operate above average. (Dunamis Seeds of Destiny 13th June 2022)
Let me give you an example: there are some open air restaurants where a dish of food is like N200. And when you eat a dish of rice in such a restaurant, you may easily find stones in the food.
But if you go to a 5-star hotel like Transcorp Hilton, a dish may go for ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00) and above. And not only will you not find stones in the food, the ambience of the place is totally different, and you will not be praying that the weather does not change.
Now, what you are paying for in such 5-star hotels is not only the food but also the quality of their atmosphere, their environment. So, excellence is key to prosperity.
Beloved, make up your mind to be excellent in everything you do.
REMEMBER THIS: Excellence is key to authority; excellence is key to eminence.

Reject the spell of average existence.
Make up your mind to be excellent in all that you do.
PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your Word to me today. I ask that You deliver me from average existence. I receive the grace to be excellent in life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
