The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for 15th June 2022 Is “THE BALM OF GILEAD”
Read: 1 PETER 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?
A balm is an aromatic medicinal substance gotten from plants. Gilead on the other hand was an area in the East of the Jordan River, well known for its ointment and spices. The balm of Gilead therefore was a high-quality ointment made from a flowering plant with healing properties.
In those days, the balm was very powerful and it was used to heal or soothe wounds. However, today, there is something more powerful and soothing for the healing of believers that is the balm the blood of Jesus.
Christ was bruised for our iniquities and wounded for our transgressions. He took our pain and sickness upon Himself and gave us permanent healing through the blood He shed on Calvary.
Thus, whenever you fall sick and don’t recover quickly, God is unhappy because His wish is that you live in good health throughout your lifetime (3 John 1:2).
Are you battling with any terminal disease? Claim your healing through the blood of Jesus now. I decree that you are healed in the name that’s above every other.

The blood of Jesus is stronger than any healing balm whatsoever.
