JOEL OSTEEN MESSAGE FOR TODAY 9TH MARCH 2024.
Notice that the psalmist said thoughts of God’s goodness were constantly in his mind. That’s a great way to live. When we learn to recall the good things God has done for us, it helps build our faith and keeps us encouraged. It’s hard to go around complaining when you are constantly thinking about how good God has been to you. It’s hard to be negative when you are always talking about God’s blessings and favor in your life. Too often, though, we remember what we should forget—our disappointments, hurts, and failures—and we forget what we should remember—our victories, successes, and the good times.
It’s important for you to remember God’s goodness on a regular basis—simply thinking about the major victories in your life, the unexpected successes, or the times when you knew that God intervened in your circumstances and protected you. Remember when you knew your sins were forgiven and you became a child of God. If you get this awareness of God’s goodness down inside you, your faith will grow and your joy will overflow.
PRAYER FOR TODAY – JOEL OSTEEN 9TH MARCH 2024.
“Father, thank You for all the amazing things You’ve done in my life, for the victories You’ve helped me win, for the restoration, the vindication, and the favor You’ve shown. Help me to remember the doors You’ve opened for me and for the times You’ve protected, promoted, and given me opportunities. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
