JOEL OSTEEN MESSAGE FOR TODAY SUNDAY 19TH JUNE 2022.
Our God is a great Father. He has gifts in store for you that are more than you can ask or think. Don’t be frustrated if you find yourself waiting for what you know He wants you to have. Sometimes God shows His love for us not by what He gives us but by what He withholds. If He provided you with that job, that house, or that baby before you’re ready, it would limit your future. He knows what you can handle and when.
Keep growing, keep being good to people, keep passing the tests. You may think you’re ready, but you can’t see how high God is going to take you, how much influence and resources He’s going to entrust you with. He not only knows what you’re going to need, He knows who you’re going to need.
Sometimes God is saying not yet because He’s still getting somebody else ready who’s going to be instrumental in your life. Trust His timing and go through the waiting period with a good attitude.

Father, thank You that You are not just good, but You are my great Father. Thank You that You are constantly showing me Your goodness with every good gift that comes into my life. Help me to be patient when You withhold a gift and to know You are always on schedule. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
