When he came back to his disciples, he found them sound asleep. He said to Peter, “Can’t you stick it out with me a single hour? Stay alert; be in prayer so you don’t wander into temptation without even knowing you’re in danger.

In one of my visitations with the Lord, I was shown some of the great generals of the faith, Smith Wigglesworth, Maria Woodworth Etta, Kathryn Kuhlman, Kenneth Hagin, and others. The Lord asked me, “Which one do you want to be like?” My answer was, “All of them combined!” Then the Lord gave a surprising response. He said, “Imagine yourself armed with a little prayer.” It was surprising because, at that time, I was already praying seven hours a day. Prayer is the bedrock of Christianity. When prayer is your lifestyle, you maximise the benefits of your relationship with your heavenly Father and position your spirit to function like God. Jesus was surprised when His disciples did not watch and pray with Him for an hour.
That tells us that one hour is the bare minimum! You need to spend quality time in prayer. Start where you are. We have provided free resources to you on the Uebert Angel YouTube channel to help boost your prayer life. Pray along with the Prayer Chants for War or Songs of the Spirit playlists, and you will have prayed for fifteen to thirty minutes, respectively. Before you know it, you will increase to an hour and beyond. As you continue in this way, you will become a juggernaut in prayer.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
My prayer life is a wonder! In prayer, my spirit is being sensitised to hear God’s voice. I am growing in intimacy with Him and positioning myself to express His will and do His good pleasure. Thank You, Lord!
