Quality is copied. That is true in business, style, and spirituality. People have often remarked how I remind them of my father and mentor, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. That’s by design. It goes beyond copying the words, actions, and mindset of someone I admire greatly; it is about creating an environment like his. The Bible says that Enoch walked with God, and then God took him, put him on like a pair of overalls and walked him right out of this earth¬ly realm. However, before this personal rapture happened, Enoch walked with God for 300 years!
We do not have enough time to cultivate the longevity and close fellowship with God that Enoch enjoyed. So, we have to look for spiritual shortcuts. One such shortcut is to take note of what makes the person you admire who they are, then copy those things. What is it that they emphasize as most important in their life? Is it prayer? Is it separation? Perhaps it is the way they give unto the Lord. Copy those things at the level you are capable of, and you will soon find yourself sharing their environment and its benefits!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am a grace collector. My life is marked by supernatural acceleration! This year, I am rising like the horn of a unicorn!
