GOODNEWS DAILY TEACHING BY UEBERT ANGEL 11TH AUGUST 2023.
Our phones have become so ingrained in our lives that the average person reaches for their phone nearly 2,617 times every day! On average, people spend about 2 hours and 23 minutes on social media each day. These platforms are advertised as being free, but whenever something is offered for free, the price is your attention. Mobile phones have replaced conventional alarm clocks, so it is common to find people reaching for their phones as soon as their eyes open each day.
Instead of reaching for your phone as soon as you wake up, reach for God. Take a moment to kneel down and say your morning prayers, giving thanks to God and communing with Him. Then begin to decree things into being. Tell your day what it needs to do for you. Don’t stop there: try to allocate six minutes each hour to pray throughout the day. It may seem challenging at first, but six minutes is not much more than the length of the average song! With this small change in your routine, you will bank a tenth of your day in prayer, and every hour will be covered!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
My vocabulary is inspired by the Word of God. Every day, I create a roadmap in prayer, and my tomorrow is shaped by my words. None of them will be unproductive!
