Moreover, if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

The prophetic scripture for today is simple. It says if there is a problem between you and a fellow Christian, go to them and talk about it privately, period. Unfortunately, we are in the era of social media which has brought rise to some terrible traits among Christians.
Brothers and sisters exchange blows on the internet for the whole world to see. Fellow church members will air each other’s faults live; just to show everyone how angry they are. Even couples ridicule each other publicly on these platforms. This behaviour is not biblical at all. Matthew clearly states that issues or faults are to be dealt with privately among God’s children.
Never allow the work of God to come to disrepute by shouting on mountain tops the faults of another. Rather go to that person, give them a call or write to them and present your frustrations to them the right way.
Anything done in the spirit of love will yield results. If you’re genuine about your Christianity, then you will want that person’s faults to be fixed genuinely. You will have gained a brother. Not cause further harm to their spirit by calling them out publicly. This is practical Christianity.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am my brother’s keeper. I look out for those God gave me as my Kingdom family. I shall walk in love and stay that way in Jesus Name!
