Your attitude can make up for a lack of experience, a lack of training, and a lack of talent.
Our heavenly Father has picked out something for all of us to wear—kindness, being good to people, being pleasant to be around. When you’re kind, you draw people to you. When you’re good-natured and friendly, opportunities will come your way.

People want to do business with people they like and can depend upon. When we’re hiring someone, their résumé tells us what they can do, what their skills are, their education, and their work history.
But we always meet with them because we want to evaluate their attitude. Are they positive, friendly, kind, and considerate?
We can find someone else with similar skills and background. The real question is, do they have the attitude that’s going to take us higher?
Today, make an effort to be kind, considerate, and pleasant to be around. You’ll not only enjoy life more, but you’ll go further and people will treat you better.
