2021 TEENS VOLUME RHAPSODY OF REALITIES MESSAGE.
“Lord please draw me close to your Throne,”
“I want to be where you are alone,”
“Fill me again with all of you,”
“Bring me closer to You.”
This was Fiona’s favourite song and she loved singing it anytime she prayed, like many Christian folks today. They cry, sing, or pray in a beggarly manner, expecting God to answer. They think that the more they cry about their hunger for God, He’d be moved to answer them rapidly. However, such declarations aren’t consistent with His Word, who we are, and what we have in Christ. Think for a second: how much more of Him do you want when He lives in you in His fullness? You’re in the Father, and the Father is in you. You’ve got to be fully conscious of this reality.

Quit feeling inadequate before God, trying to reach out to Him or acting like a stranger with Him; you’re one with Him. Your confession of inadequacy will only destroy your faith and effectiveness in Christ; it’s contrary to everything that Jesus came to do for you. The Bible says, Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27). It isn’t a part or an aspect of Him that lives in you; it’s the totality of His person! You’re full of Him.
You’re the temple of the Holy Spirit; you’re God’s house. God isn’t more in heaven than He is in you; you better believe this, for it’ll get rid of the dependency and inadequacy syndrome. Your confession, irrespective of how you feel or what’s happening around you, should, and must, be what the Word says concerning you. Don’t confess your feelings of inadequacy; confess the Word.

I am in the Father, the Father is in me, and I’m conscious of this reality. Everywhere I go, I go in and with the Father who lives permanently in me. I’m His divine headquarters; in Him | live and move, and have my being; the world is subdued before me. Glory to God!
