OUR DAILY MANNA DEVOTIONAL FOR TODAY
Verse 8 and 18 of today’s 2nd scripture says: “And his brethren said to him, “Shalt thou indeed reign over us? Or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us?’ And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words(Vs.8)….. And when they saw him afar off, even before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him.”(Vs. 18). Joseph’s problem was his NETWORK. The people around him and his environment were the major challenges to his dream. The only thing that saved him was that he was in the will of God, so, God made sure all things worked together for his dream to come to pass (Romans 8:28).
In today’s first scripture, Amnon ended up as a disaster because of his network. His friend influenced him and gave him the counsel that ultimately destroyed his destiny. No wonder Mark Ambrose said: “Show me your friends and I will show you your future.” Close with Joel Osteen: “You need to associate with people that inspire you, people that challenge you to rice higher, people that make you better.
Don’t waste your valuable time with people that are not adding to your growth. Your destiny is too important”. Yes! In this Divine ELEVATION year, you need to surround yourself with people that challenge you to reach the stars, people that challenge you to maximize your potentials and be the best that God has created you to be.
It was after LOT had separated from ABRAM, in Genesis 13: 14 -15, that the words: “Lift up now thine eyes (ELEVATION IN HIS DREAMS and GOALS) was revealed to Abraham afresh! Indeed, your NETWORK will determine what your NET WORTH (VALUE AND HEIGHT) will become!
Learn from Amnon, Joseph and Abraham today! Oh! Be reminded and never forget as you journey through this year that your NETWORK is your NET WORTH! Pray seriously now!
