MOUNTAIN TOP LIFE DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR TODAY
The Bible gave an account of a colt owner who got a message from Jesus and his life changed gloriously because he gave what he had to Jesus. The message the man received was, “The Lord needs it.” The man released his colt and never lived to regret his action.
What was special about the colt? Why did Jesus opt for it when there were several others? The Bible provides answers to these questions: First no one had ever ridden the colt before. Second, it was limited and in need of deliverance or freedom. When Jesus set it free and rode it, it fulfilled a purpose.
It was really not fulfilling its purpose where it was tied down. The colt was kept in a beautiful and clean state by the owner. That is why Jesus desired to ride on it.
