SCRIPTURE: 2 Corinthians 13:4 (AMPC)

For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He goes on living by the power of God. And though we too are weak in Him [as He was humanly weak], yet in dealing with you [we shall show ourselves] alive and strong in [fellowship with] Him by the power of God.

JOYCE MEYER MESSAGE FOR TODAY 23RD JULY 2022.

Although we all have weaknesses, we can still be blessed by God. Jacob was a man who had many weaknesses, and yet he pressed on with God and was determined to be blessed by Him (see Genesis 32). God likes that kind of determination. God is glorified through those who will not let their personal weaknesses stop Him from working through them.

For God to work through us, we must first come face-to-face with the fact that we have weaknesses, and then we must determine not to let them bother us. Our imperfections are not going to stop God unless we let them do so. You might be weak in yourself, but you can be strong in Jesus.

Joyce Meyer’s Daily Devotion Prayer Starter 23/07/2022.

Lord, thank you for making me strong in You, even though in myself, I am weak and imperfect. Help me stay determined to overcome my weaknesses, amen.
