Many of God’s people live below their fullest potential in Christ simply because they lack the understanding of who they are in Christ. When you were born again or born from above, the life that you received from your parents as a new-born baby was supplanted by the very nature and life of God.
Brothers and sisters, Jesus did not come just to spare you from the consequences of sin, but that you would be a partaker of His divine nature.

He came that we might have life, and in our scripture for today, He tells something so profound. I am the Vine; ye are the branches. The same life in the Vine is what is being fed to the branches. Hallelujah! You have the very DNA of Christ.
That means the world ought to respond to you in the same way that it responds to the Lord. You have eternal life now. You are the sons of God now. It is a present-hour reality. Hold on to this truth. Jesus is the Vine, and you are the branches
